Edwin Vinke × Cheffix
The Nassau, shaped with Edwin Vinke.
Edwin Vinke is the former two-Michelin-star chef of De Kromme Watergang. As a Cheffix ambassador he wears our clothing every service and tells us what needs to be better. The Nassau came out of that.
Edwin Vinke × Cheffix
A chef coat proves itself during service, not in the fitting room.
That is why we worked out the Nassau together with Edwin Vinke, who stands at the stove himself at De Kromme Watergang.

Edwin Vinke
Edwin Vinke is chef-owner of De Kromme Watergang in Hoofdplaat and a former two-Michelin-star chef. He cooks with what the Zeeland delta brings him and knows from experience what a chef coat has to do for a full service.
As a Cheffix ambassador he wears our clothing in a real kitchen and tells us what needs to be better. We build that into the next version, in our own factory in North Macedonia. That is how the Nassau came about.

The Nassau
What the coat does

Full freedom of movement, service after service.
Fitted cut
A sharp look, and it runs true to size.
Apron loop at the back
Keeps your apron in place.
Chest pocket and pen pocket on the sleeve
Everything within reach.

We make it ourselves
Cheffix produces its clothing itself, in our own factory in North Macedonia. There is no middleman deciding how a seam gets finished.
What Edwin runs into in the kitchen goes straight into the next version. That is the advantage of making it yourself: you do not have to wait until a supplier has time.
The Nassau collection
