Cheffix ambassadors

Our ambassadors

We design as we go, with feedback from our chefs.

They wear it every shift and tell us what needs to be better. That goes into the next version.

Co-creating

Chefs who help build what they wear.

They test it in a real kitchen. What comes out of that goes straight to our factory.

Hans van Wolde

New to the team

Chef-owner, Reijmerstok

Hans van Wolde is the chef-owner of Brut172 in Reijmerstok, in the rolling hills of South Limburg. The restaurant has held Michelin stars since 2021.

With his Michelin stars for Brut172, Hans knows how much presence and quality matter. In Cheffix he found clothing that suits his work, his style and his professional presence. What he notices in his kitchen goes back to the factory.

Edwin Vinke with the Nassau chef coat
Former two-star chef · De Kromme Watergang

Edwin Vinke

Chef-owner, Hoofdplaat

“I wanted a chef coat that fits comfortably, looks great and moves with me during a long shift.”

Edwin Vinke has been working in the kitchen for over 30 years and is the former two-star chef of De Kromme Watergang in Hoofdplaat. Nobody knows better what a good chef coat has to deliver.

Out of that came the Nassau: a fitted chef coat with Comfort Stretch, an apron loop at the back, a chest pocket and a pen pocket on the sleeve. Shaped with someone who actually works in the kitchen.

Young Talents Cheffix

The next generation is already here.

Our ambassadors are chefs with an established name. Young Talents Cheffix is there for the generation building towards that: young chefs who already run their kitchen entirely.

We dress them in clothing that can take a full service, and they tell us what really goes wrong with a chef jacket in their kitchen. That makes the next model better.

Are you a young chef yourself, or do you know one who deserves this? Let us know.

More chefs at the table

Each of them wears Cheffix in their own kitchen and tells us what could be better. Those remarks end up in the next model.

Tiemen Bandstra

From Michelin kitchens to his own pop-up in Friesland, Tiemen Bandstra cooks with a passion for local produce and craftsmanship. He wears Cheffix because craft starts with clothing that works as hard as he does.

Become an ambassador

Your kitchen at the table too?

Are you a chef and want to help shape the next collection? We love working with kitchens that, like us, don't compromise on quality.

  • 01

    You shape the design

Fit, fabric, pockets and closures. Whatever you miss in the kitchen goes straight to the drawing board.

  • 02

You test it in your own service

You wear the clothing where it really matters: in everyday practice. During busy services you experience for yourself how it performs. We use your feedback to improve every detail.

  • 03

Your input stays in the collection

If the model works, that is how it goes into production. Like the Nassau, which came about together with Edwin Vinke.
