What material are the Wastewear aprons made of?

The Wastewear aprons are made of a sturdy, tightly woven fabric tailored to professional kitchen use. The material was chosen for strength and colourfastness, so the apron easily withstands intensive use and frequent washing.

Can I have these aprons washed industrially?

Yes, the Wastewear line is specially designed for the industrial washing process. The aprons are resistant to high wash temperatures and frequent wash cycles, making them suitable for an external laundry or an internal washing line.

Which apron lengths or models are available?

Within the Wastewear aprons you will find various models, from shorter saucier aprons below the waist to longer bib aprons with chest protection. Check the dimensions per product to choose the right model for your workplace.

Can I order in larger quantities or with tiered discounts as a hospitality business?

Yes, Cheffix supplies the hospitality sector and you can order the aprons per piece or in larger quantities for a complete team. For tiered pricing and business orders, you can contact us about the options.

Do these aprons match the rest of the Wastewear chef wear?

Yes, the aprons are part of the complete Wastewear line by Cheffix. You can easily combine them with the chef jackets and trousers from the same line for a uniform look across the entire kitchen brigade.

The colour

This black colour comes from activated charcoal, derived from wood and nutshells. These shells are left over from factories where they are cracked open and separated from their edible insides. Think of coconuts, walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, macadamia nuts and pecans. Besides these natural ingredients, no chemicals are ever used during the dyeing process.

The bistro apron

Our versatile short bistro apron with four convenient pockets is ideal for service staff in the hospitality industry. This bistro apron provides comfort and freedom of movement, allowing you to move easily through busy service hours while keeping essentials such as orders and bills within reach. This bistro apron is available in a variety of colours.
