A new name is joining our ambassador team. A chef decorated at the highest level, known for forging his own path, and soon to be part of Cheffix. We're keeping who it is to ourselves for now.

That's not a game. A collaboration like this doesn't start with an announcement, it starts with trying on, wearing, and honest feedback. That part is happening now. Once it's done, you'll hear about it.

What we can tell you

Two Michelin stars. A kitchen with its own signature, not one that follows whatever happens to be in fashion. And a chef who doesn't attach his name to clothing lightly.

That last part matters most to us. We don't ask ambassadors to pose, we ask them to wear. Every service, week after week, and then the honest story: where does it pull, where does it hold warmth, what would you do differently.

For us, an ambassador is not a logo on a poster

You know best how that works from last time. Edwin Vinke has been in the kitchen for well over thirty years and is a former two-Michelin-star chef at De Kromme Watergang. Together with him came the Nassau collection: a tailored chef coat with stretch, a scabbard loop on the back, a chest pocket and a pen pocket on the sleeve. Designed by someone who actually stands in the kitchen, made in the factory where we know the lines ourselves.

That's the standard. A name we add must change something about what you ultimately hold in your hands.

An ambassador who changes nothing about our chef wear is an ambassador we don't need.

When will you find out who it is?

Soon. The name will appear first on our own channels, so if you want to know first: follow us on Instagram or keep an eye on the ambassadors page. He's there as a silhouette for now.

Until then, the same rule applies as in every kitchen where things are done right: it's ready when it's ready.
